Debut Single for Felicia Machin
Felicia Machin has released her debut Single "City Girl" on Kross Kut Records Volume 4.
In 2008 Felicia participated in the Gloucester Country Music Club's annual muster and was the lucky recipient of the Kross Kut Records Recording package on offer over the weekend.
Felicia said "I wrote this song City Girl about 6 years ago after hearing people say you have to be bought up in the bush to be able to appreciate it. This annoyed me because I am a city girl who grew up in Newcastle, but still had this love for the aussie landscape and sense of pride about all things Australian".
Congratulation Felicia, great job.

Neil Buttsworth will release his brand new single "The Tennessee Waltz" on the new Kross Kut Records Volume 4.
After a lifetime playing music, it's hard to believe that Neil Buttsworth only released his debut album "Settin' The Woods on Fire" in 2003. What started out as a bit of fun, turned out to be the first album to be released by producer Lindsay Waddington, and the very first album on Kross Kut Records.
In 2005 Neil released "Roses & Memories" , followed with "Livin' In The Shadow" in 2007. And after what probably seems like a million miles on the road playing festivals and shows Neil Buttsworth fans now have a new favourite song "The Tennessee Waltz"! For the last 12 months it has been Neil's most requested song, Neil's arrangement of this old song really shows off his vocal ability and we are proud to say it will soon be available on the new Kross Kut Records Volume 4. |

After much anticipation August 2009 will see the release of a brand new album from Jamie Davis.
Living in Tasmania, Jamie first started singing on his 20th birthday with the help from his old mate Frank Sargent (and a few drinks) who took him under his wing and showed him a thing or two on guitar. Since then Jamie has come along way having toured Australia and played with great artists including Barry Thornton who he became good mates with, Charley Boyter, Brian Letton and internationally acclaimed Louise Morrissey and Col Elliott. Jamie met Waddo in 1995 at the Mildura Country Music Festival, since then they have remained good mates and crossed paths from time to time at various festivals, so it's no surprise that they have teamed up and produced a great Country Album.
